We’re excited to announce that Jenny B. Ulbricht, has joined Wellntel as its Technical and Operations Manager with the goal of building operational capability, and enhancing our customer’s experience with the Wellntel platform.
Jenny Ulbricht brings deep technical, field and commercial experience, having ran her own soil testing and plumbing company for 6 years and even had a 6-month stint as an apprentice plumber at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Research Station in Antarctica. She was also Technical Sales Manager for Aero-Stream and has a wealth of experience in customer engagement and education, problem solving, marketing and sales. At Wellntel, Jenny will oversee fleet management, R&D testing, order fulfillment and customer engagement, ensuring customers get the data and insight they need to support sustainable management of their groundwater resource.
Jenny will build on Wellntel’s success in helping private companies and public agency customers across the US implement monitoring networks and manage their groundwater resources. Jenny comments, “I think that groundwater is one of our most important natural resources and Wellntel provides a nimble, robust way of making this hidden resource understood with reliable, real-time data. I am excited to be a part of the conversation to help make groundwater visible and look forward to engaging with well owners, communities, and businesses.”
Nick Hayes, Co-founder and CTO, said “Wellntel customers will appreciate Jenny’s pragmatic approach to problem solving, her attention to detail, and her friendly, fun, and informative approach to communication and work.”
Marian Singer, Co-founder and CEO added “We’re fortunate to find someone with Jenny’s experience and credentials to fill this role. Her unique blend of technical and commercial experience will help Wellntel continue to bring innovation and exceptional customer support to new customers across the US and into international markets.“
The only downside to Jenny coming aboard is that we have to say goodbye to John Teppler who has had a pivotal role in technical and customer service for the past 2 years. John has driven new process innovation and provided outstanding customer support and service. We will miss him and wish him all the best in his next adventure.
