Marian co-founded Wellntel in 2013 after a career advising industrial companies on product and market strategy in the water and energy markets. Today, she leads business operations and customer engagement, with a focus on tackling freshwater challenges through practical, scalable solutions. Beyond Wellntel, Marian serves on the boards of the Southeastern Wisconsin Watersheds Trust and the American Groundwater Trust and is an advisor to The Freshwater Trust.
With 21 years of experience at USGS as a Groundwater Specialist before joining Wellntel in 2017, Chuck is the liaison between our clients’ problems and the right science to find the best solutions.
With a background in hydrogeologic analysis and experience with data management and mathematical modeling, Kendri leads the development of our core technology and main customer interface, our Analytics Dashboard.
Caleb leads Wellntel installation and customer support services building on his background in geology and scientific and technical field work including sampling, logging, and assessment.
With a background in math, music and data science and an affinity for organization and creativity, Claire works closely with Kendri to manage our programming team to implement new, innovative analysis and reporting capabilities in our Analytics Dashboard. She is also a key customer liaison.
Andrew leverages experience in application software and background in physics to manage Wellntel’s system building and testing functions to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability.
Although she may not be an official part of the Wellntel executive team, Kodak loves to greet visitors, beg for treats and belly rubs, and bark for effective groundwater management.
Kait McCormick is a Journalism and Media Studies student at UW-Milwaukee (Class of 2026). Driven by a blend of creative storytelling and strategic communication, she is excited to apply her passion for sustainability and purpose-driven work to the Wellntel team.
Ruiyuan leverages her background in statistics and data science to support Wellntel’s analytics and data systems. She specializes in automating workflows and building scalable solutions that ensure high-performance dashboards and reliable reporting.
